Estonian accounting providers compared: published prices for 2026

Comparing accounting providers in Estonia takes time, because every firm builds its plans in a different way. This page puts the published prices of 12 providers side by side, all per month and excluding VAT. For each one you see the entry plan, its main limits and a link to the source.

Who made this comparison

This page is written by SPATIAL EYE OÜ, an Estonian accounting firm and one of the providers compared. To keep it fair, every price comes from the firm's own website or from its listing on the e-Residency marketplace, the provider directory of the Estonian e-Residency programme. Where a firm publishes no price, we write "price on request" and do not guess.

Brand names belong to their owners and are used here only to identify each firm. We are not connected to any of them. Prices were checked on 28 October 2026 and can change, so please confirm on the linked page before you decide. If a figure has changed, write to timoffei@spatial-eye-finance.com and we will correct it.

How do the published prices compare?

Entry plans that include bookkeeping by an accountant start between 20 EUR and 135 EUR a month, excluding VAT. The table shows each entry plan, the next plans and the main limits each firm states on its own page.

Two plans are left out because they include no accountant. They are the Ultralight package of E-Residency Hub at 15 EUR and the Unicount software plan at 29 EUR. They suit owners who keep the books themselves.

All prices exclude VAT. Estonian VAT is 24%. A VAT-registered company can usually reclaim it. For a company without a VAT number it is a real cost, so a 59 EUR plan costs about 73 EUR a month in practice.

Why is the lowest price not always what you pay?

The entry price is a starting point. What you pay over a year depends on what the plan includes and on its limits. Before you compare two numbers, check these points on each page.

  • Annual report. Most plans include it, some list it separately. Companio lists it from 250 EUR a year, and the 1Office Start Easy package does not include it.
  • VAT returns. A company with a VAT number files a VAT return every month. Some entry plans are only for companies without a VAT number.
  • Payroll. Paying even one salary or board member fee needs a monthly payroll tax return (the TSD). Check how many people the plan covers.
  • Volume limits. Many plans count transactions, documents or invoices. Going over the limit moves you to the next plan or adds a fee per item.
  • Time and revenue limits. Some entry plans apply only for the first months or below a revenue level.
  • Legal address and contact person. If no board member lives in Estonia, the company needs both. Some providers include them, others sell them separately.
  • One-off fees. Look at the prices for late or corrected reports, catch-up work and closing a company.

What does a year cost in two common cases?

Here are two simple examples worked out only from published prices. Treat them as a rough guide, since every firm confirms its final price after seeing your company.

A quiet company without a VAT number

Say your OÜ has no VAT number, nobody on the payroll and a handful of invoices a month. An OÜ is an Estonian private limited company. On the cheapest published plan that fits, a year costs this much, excluding VAT.

ProviderPlanYear, excluding VATAnnual report
SPATIAL EYEMicro 20 EUR240 EURIncluded
EntyAnnual reporting 51 EUR612 EURIncluded
XoloStarter 59 EUR708 EURIncluded
E-Residency HubMicro 59 EUR708 EURIncluded

Eesti FirmaFrom 75 EURFrom 1,050 EURFrom 150 EUR, counted in the total
CompanioPRO from 89 EURFrom 1,318 EUR250 EUR, counted in the total

Xolo Starter applies for the first 12 months or up to 4,000 EUR of revenue. E-Residency Hub and Companio also include a legal address and contact person. Without them, you would buy those separately if no board member lives in Estonia. There is more detail on our page about accounting prices for a dormant company.

A VAT-registered consultant with about 20 transactions a month

Now say your company has a VAT number and about 20 bank payments and invoices a month, with nobody on the payroll. Each firm then needs the plan that includes the monthly VAT return.

ProviderPlanYear, excluding VATAnnual report
SPATIAL EYEMicro VAT 45 EUR540 EURIncluded
EntyMonthly reporting from 93 EURFrom 1,116 EURIncluded

UnicountStandard 149 EUR1,788 EURAsk the provider

These totals leave out one-off work such as catching up on missed months.

Which provider fits which kind of company?

Each firm has built its plans for a slightly different customer. Based on what they publish, this is where each one stands out.

  • You want an address, a contact person and accounting in one package: E-Residency Hub includes a legal address and contact point in all plans, and Companio includes them in PRO.
  • You prefer to keep the books yourself in software: Unicount offers a software plan without an accountant for 29 EUR a month.
  • You have very few invoices in a year: Enty prices its Annual reporting plan by invoices and bills per year.
  • You want the price tied to document volume: Accountex sets its fee by the number of documents each month.
  • You run an online shop: several firms have e-commerce plans, compared on our page about e-commerce accounting prices.
  • You want a low fixed fee with the annual report included: our plans start at 20 EUR, and from 45 EUR they include payroll for up to 3 people.

What we do not offer

We keep the books, file the returns and prepare the annual report. We do not provide a legal address or a contact person in Estonia. If your company needs them, you can get them from an address service, and we work alongside it. We also do not give tax advice for other countries, so your adviser at home covers that side.

How we checked these prices

We opened each provider's pricing page or marketplace listing on 28 October 2026 and copied the plan names and prices as published. Prices are monthly and exclude VAT unless the provider says otherwise. We plan to check them again every three months.

For our own prices, see monthly bookkeeping. For a wider look at what drives accounting fees, read what bookkeeping costs in Estonia.

Frequently asked questions

Which accounting provider in Estonia is the cheapest?

On the prices we checked on 28 October 2026, the lowest entry plan with an accountant is our Micro plan. It costs 20 EUR a month for a company without a VAT number. The other firms publish entry plans from 51 EUR a month. The cheapest choice for you depends on your VAT status, your volume and whether you need an address and contact person.

Do these prices include VAT?

No. All prices on this page exclude VAT, as the providers publish them. Estonian VAT is 24%. A VAT-registered company can usually reclaim it, while a company without a VAT number pays it as a cost.

Is the annual report included in a monthly accounting plan?

It depends on the provider. Many plans include it, while some list it separately. In every one of our monthly plans the annual report is included, and a standalone report starts at 190 EUR.

Do I need a legal address and a contact person?

Yes, if no board member of your company lives in Estonia. Some providers include both in their plans. We do not offer them, so you would get them from an address service.

Can I change accounting provider in the middle of the year?

Yes. The new accountant takes over from an agreed date, collects the data from the previous provider and checks the opening balances. Your registry code, VAT number and deadlines stay the same.

How current are these prices?

We checked them on 28 October 2026 and plan to check them every three months. Prices can change at any time, so please confirm them on the provider's own page before you decide.
