We keep your Estonian company's books current every month, so that every declaration is filed on time and you always know what the business actually earned.

From €45/month · Fully remote - no visit to Estonia needed

a starting point, not a quote - the written offer confirms your price

Who this is for

  • e-Residency OÜs run from outside Estonia
  • Small and medium Estonian companies wanting to stop doing books in a spreadsheet
  • Companies switching accountants mid-year
  • Consultancies, agencies, IT and SaaS businesses

Estonian law requires every company to maintain accounting records from the day it is registered, in accordance with the Accounting Act and Estonian financial reporting standards. That obligation does not depend on whether the company has revenue, whether the owner lives in Estonia, or whether an e-Residency card was used to set it up. A dormant company still needs books and still needs an annual report.

Our monthly service takes that whole obligation off your desk. You forward documents, or connect your bank and invoicing tool once, and we do the rest on a fixed monthly fee, with no surprise hourly billing.

What is included

Transaction processing

Every bank movement categorised and posted to the correct account under Estonian chart-of-accounts practice, including foreign-currency conversion at the correct rate.

Bank reconciliation

Monthly reconciliation of every account: business bank, Wise, Revolut, Payoneer, Stripe, PayPal and payment-processor settlements.

Purchase and sales invoices

We register your invoices, check that incoming ones meet the formal requirements of the VAT Act, and flag anything that would not survive a Tax Board review.

VAT return (KMD)

Prepared and filed by the 20th of the following month if your company is VAT registered, including the KMD INF annex.

Payroll and TSD

Salaries, board member fees and the TSD declaration by the 10th, when you have people on the payroll.

Monthly reporting

A short balance sheet and profit-and-loss report so you can see cash, profit and tax position without opening a ledger.

Tax Board correspondence

We act as your contact point for routine Maksu- ja Tolliamet queries and respond on your behalf.

How it works

Your email and a sentence about what you need is enough to start. The questions below it are optional, and answering them only means my first reply already has a price in it.

Get a quote in 60 seconds

  1. Tell us about the company

A three-minute form: registry code, VAT status, employees, roughly how many transactions per month.

  2. Fixed quote and agreement

You get a firm monthly price and a service agreement. No hourly surprises.

  3. Access and handover

You give us access to the e-Tax Board and, if you are switching, we collect the prior accountant's data and check the opening balances.

  4. We run it monthly

Documents in, declarations out. You get a monthly report and a reminder only when we actually need something from you.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need bookkeeping if my company had no activity?

Yes. An Estonian OÜ with zero turnover still has an accounting obligation and still has to file an annual report by 30 June. A dormant company is cheap to maintain, but it is not exempt.

Can you take over books that are behind?

Yes, that is a common request. We review what exists, quote separately for the catch-up period, and then move you onto the normal monthly fee.

Which software do you work with?

We work with the common Estonian systems and with the tools e-residents already use. If you have a preference we will usually accommodate it; if you have none, we will set something up that keeps your costs down.

How do I send documents?

Email, a shared folder, or a direct feed from your invoicing tool. Most clients send nothing manually after the first month.
