Who we are

SPATIAL EYE OÜ is an accounting firm registered in Estonia (registry code 17266127). OÜ stands for osaühing, the Estonian private limited company. We provide bookkeeping, payroll, VAT compliance, annual reports and tax advice to Estonian companies. Most of them are owned and run from another country.

We learn the business before we touch the books

Every engagement starts with understanding how money moves through your company. Where does revenue come from? What do your platforms report, and which fees do they deduct before they pay you? Which costs belong to which job, and where is the margin?

That takes a conversation, not a form. It is also what makes the numbers we send back useful to you.

Why we do not use one standard template

A reseller with several suppliers, a dropshipper importing into the EU, a construction company with subcontractors and an IT consultancy billing clients abroad all follow the same law. Day to day, they have almost nothing in common.

So we do not give them all one chart of accounts and one monthly routine. A chart of accounts is the list of categories that every transaction is sorted into. We build it, and the monthly work, around your business.

We work in software that suits you

We are not tied to one accounting package. If you already use something that works, we work in it. If you are still choosing, we will suggest what fits your volume and the way you work.

We also help with reporting. We can connect your bank, invoicing tool, payment processor or online store so they feed the books directly. We can also set up reports that show how the business is doing between annual reports.

How we price

We charge a fixed monthly fee, agreed in advance. It depends on the two things that drive most of the work: how many people you pay and how many transactions you have. We do not bill by the hour, so you can ask a question whenever you need to without worrying about the cost.
