Who we are

Spatial Eye OÜ is an accounting firm registered in Estonia (registry code 17266127) and based in Pärnu. We provide bookkeeping, payroll, VAT compliance, annual reports and tax advisory to Estonian companies - most of which are owned and run from somewhere else.

What we actually do differently

Plenty of firms will keep your books. Fewer will tell you, before you act, that paying a board member fee to yourself in Spain has consequences in Spain, or that your Amazon sales into Germany crossed the distance selling threshold four months ago. We work with cross-border clients constantly, so the questions that make a generalist hesitate are ordinary here.

How we price

Fixed monthly fees, agreed in advance, based on the two things that actually drive the work: how many people you pay and how many transactions you generate. We do not bill by the hour, because clients then stop asking questions, and that is exactly when problems start.

Languages

We work in English, Estonian, Russian and Spanish. Everything filed with the Tax Board and the Commercial Register is submitted in Estonian, as the law requires.

A note on scope

We are accountants, not lawyers. Where a question needs a legal opinion or a formal position in another country, we say so and tell you what kind of specialist you need rather than improvising.
