What does an Estonian annual report cost? Provider prices compared
An Estonian annual report costs from 150 EUR to 250 EUR as a separate service at the firms that publish a price. When a monthly plan includes it, there is nothing extra to pay. Our standalone report starts at 190 EUR, and every monthly plan includes it. This page compares what providers publish about the annual report, including fees for late and revised reports.
About this comparison
This page is written by SPATIAL EYE OÜ, an Estonian accounting firm and one of the providers compared. To keep it fair, every price comes from the firm's own website or from its listing on the e-Residency marketplace, the provider directory of the Estonian e-Residency programme. Where a firm publishes no price, we write "price on request" and do not guess.
Brand names belong to their owners and are used here only to identify each firm. We are not connected to any of them. Prices were checked on 28 October 2026 and can change, so please confirm on the linked page before you decide. If a figure has changed, write to timoffei@spatial-eye-finance.com and we will correct it.
What is the Estonian annual report?
Every Estonian company files an annual report with the e-Business Register, the online portal for company filings. It contains a balance sheet, an income statement and notes, and the board member signs it digitally. In plain words, it shows the public what the company owns, owes and earned in the year.
The report is due six months after the financial year ends, which is 30 June for a calendar year. This applies to every company, including one with no activity.
How do providers price the annual report?
Providers use one of two models. Most include the annual report in the monthly plan, while some charge it once a year as an extra.
| Provider | Annual report in the plan? | Separate price | Other report fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| SPATIAL EYE | Included in every plan | Standalone from 190 EUR | Catch-up work quoted before we start |
| Xolo | Listed in all plans | No | Rush, late or not required report 200 EUR; revised report 200 EUR |
| Enty | Included in all plans | No | Not stated |
| E-Residency Hub | Included from Micro | No | Not stated |
| e-Resident Store (Sunio) | Included from Lite | No | Not stated |
| Companio | Extra on PRO | From 250 EUR a year | Other fees depend on the filing window |
| Eesti Firma | Not stated | From 150 EUR | Not stated |
| 1Office | Not in Start Easy | Ask the provider | Not stated |

Is an included report cheaper than a separate one?
Not always. An included report is spread over the monthly fee, so the yearly total is what counts. A company on a 20 EUR plan pays 240 EUR a year with the report included. A company that keeps its own books might pay only a standalone fee once a year.
If you keep the books yourself during the year, a standalone report can be the cheaper route. If you would rather not think about it, an included report means one fee and no surprise in June.
What decides the price of a standalone report?
- State of the books. Clean, complete books take far less time than bank statements that still need recording.
- Activity. A dormant company has a short report. A trading company with stock, loans or staff needs more notes.
- Number of years. Each missing year is a separate report, filed oldest first.
- Timing. Some firms charge more for a rush or a report filed after the deadline.
Our annual report service starts at 190 EUR, and the written offer confirms the price once we have seen the records.
What if the report is already late?
A late report can still be filed, and filing it is the best way to stop fines. The registrar can impose repeated fines and, from about three months after the deadline, start deletion proceedings. If several years are missing, the oldest year comes first, because its closing balances open the next year.
Our article on what to do about a late annual report explains the steps. If the books need rebuilding first, we quote that as catch-up bookkeeping before we start.
How we checked these prices
We copied each figure from the provider's own page or its e-Residency marketplace listing on 28 October 2026. All prices exclude VAT. Where a page says nothing about the annual report, the table says so.
