Who we are

What we collect
Through the application and contact forms we collect the name, email address and company details you provide, together with your answers about your company's status, VAT registration, staff numbers and transaction volume. If you email or call us, we hold the content of that correspondence.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and - if you become a client - to provide accounting services and meet our own legal obligations under Estonian accounting and anti-money-laundering law. The legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one, and our legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the period required by Estonian accounting and anti-money-laundering legislation, which is generally seven years after the end of the business relationship.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under a written agreement, and with public authorities where the law requires it, principally the Estonian Tax and Customs Board and the Commercial Register, when acting on your instructions as your accountant.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not profile visitors. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Write to timoffei@spatial-eye-finance.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
