About this comparison

This page is written by SPATIAL EYE OÜ, an Estonian accounting firm and one of the providers compared. To keep it fair, every price comes from the firm's own website or from its listing on the e-Residency marketplace, the provider directory of the Estonian e-Residency programme. Where a firm publishes no price, we write "price on request" and do not guess.

Brand names belong to their owners and are used here only to identify each firm. We are not connected to any of them. Prices were checked on 28 October 2026 and can change, so please confirm on the linked page before you decide. If a figure has changed, write to timoffei@spatial-eye-finance.com and we will correct it.

What should you know about 1Office?

1Office states a minimum monthly fee of 135 EUR, excluding VAT. Its Start Easy package is for companies founded no more than two months before signing up and runs for three months. It covers up to 30 transactions a month, a dedicated accountant, the VAT return and payroll for one employee.

The annual report is not part of Start Easy, and the package is not meant for companies trading goods or manufacturing. After three months, 1Office makes a new offer based on your activity.

What should you know about Unicount?

Unicount lists three plans on the e-Residency marketplace. The software plan at 29 EUR lets you create invoices and upload expenses yourself, without an accountant. Full service starts from 99 EUR.

The Standard plan at 149 EUR covers 30 source documents, VAT and payroll tax returns, automatic bank matching, financial reports and a dedicated accountant. A source document is any invoice, receipt or bank statement line that has to be recorded.

What should you know about Xolo?

Xolo Leap Starter costs 59 EUR for the first 12 months or until revenue reaches 4,000 EUR. Standard costs 99 EUR with no revenue limit, Pro 139 EUR and Premium from 259 EUR. The annual report is listed in all plans.

Xolo publishes extra fees too, for example 200 EUR for a late or rush annual report. Our Xolo alternative page goes through its plans in more detail.

Where do our plans fit?

We do not offer a legal address, a contact person or a software only plan. For a company that wants an accountant to do the books at a fixed fee, the full price list is on the monthly bookkeeping page.

How do you choose between them?

  • Start with your VAT status. A company with a VAT number needs a plan with monthly VAT returns.
  • Count a normal month. Add up bank payments, sales invoices and purchase invoices, then check each limit.
  • Check the annual report. Find out whether it is in the plan or billed once a year.
  • Check payroll. Even one board member fee needs a monthly payroll return.
  • Add the extras you need. A legal address and contact person, if no board member lives in Estonia.

Yes. Several firms publish lower entry plans. Our Micro plan costs 20 EUR a month for a company without a VAT number and 45 EUR with one, both with the annual report included.

Do these firms provide a legal address?

Several providers sell a legal address and contact person, often as part of a package. We do not offer them, so you would keep or buy them separately.
